The Supervisory board members extended the mandate to Helios's Management board

On the 13th regular meeting of the Supervisory board of the company Helios Domžale, d. d., the supervisory board members decided on the reappointment of the vice-president and two members of the company's Management board, of which the five years' mandate will expire end of the year 2011.

The Supervisory board adopted the following decisions:

• Mr. Marko Vresk. M.Sc. will be appointed vice-president of Management board of Helios Domžale d.d. with five years' mandate. The mandate will start on 1st January 2012.

• Mr. Aleš Klavžar. B.Sc. will be appointed member of Management board of Helios Domžale d.d. with five years' mandate. The mandate will start on 1st January 2012.

• Mr. Aleš Skok. B.Sc. will be appointed member of Management board of Helios Domžale d.d. with five years' mandate. The mandate will start on 1st January 2012.
