From 1st January 2010 to 31st December the largest owners did not change their shares, exception being Helios Group that by purchase of own shares increased share from 3,00 % to 3,41 %.
Ownership shares of investment companies, KAD and SOD, physical persons and the company with proxy did not change in comparison to last year. The share in mutual funds decreased from 13,26 to 12,24 percent. Increase in ownership share we noticed in other legal persons from 3,56 to 4,52 percent and banks and insurance companies from 6,22 to 6,33 percent. Own shares – in 2010 Helios Domžale, d.d. obtained 1.137 own shares. The company had on 31st December 2010 in property 5.907 shares or 2,12 percent own capital. The company Helios, Tovarna barv, lakov in umetnih smol Količevo, had 3.589 shares, that means 1,29 percent capital.
